In order to ensure that the best possible matches are made, we will only accept surrogates who are most likely to have a successful, full-term, healthy pregnancy. We meticulously screen all of our applicants, and that all starts with our pre-qualification evaluation.

You must be between the ages of 21-42

You must have carried at least 1 child to term without complication

Had no more than 3 deliveries via cesarean section

Had no more than 5 deliveries

Does not smoke cigarettes, abuse alcohol, or use illicit drugs
