Anxiety and depression may occur in expectant and new parents. Adjusting to these new changes can be challenging. Join us as we welcome Tracy Torelli, LCSW-R, CASAC, as we talk about mental health in this safe space. She will also provide a brief overview of the signs and symptoms of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and ways to get help. ​

The theme of our first annual conference is “our collective healing.” This two day event will offer perinatal providers across specialties within the maternal and familial space the opportunity to; 1) Build awareness and learn more about the Black Maternal Mortality crisis 2) Consider how trauma impacts individual health and the broader health system 3) Build their healing practice and connections.
